done... SIR N.I. =)

This sem "done" =)....

I just want to say thank you to all professors I have encountered this semester. I learned a lot and got some wisdom of life from them. As the last blog maybe, this semester was fun and full of surprises =)thank you very much... sirs & madams... hehehe....

Keep touching other peoples lives...

I'll follow the steps and from it I'll create a new one for me...=)

someday... With all due respect, thank you...

see you next semester sir Gary?.... Are you going to handle the NRES??=)....

The bonfire...

would you believe that we made up to the top of this mountain and went down... all through this.,..in one day...

before anything else...=).. do not forget.. to wear a rubber shoes though not necessarily needed... slippers would do... And wear a jogging pants or maong.... hehe...=) the path is safe actually but the... grass and caterpillar will make you itch.. to a higher degree of... scratching=)

A year old male patient, Mr. Lawrence Fuentes was brought to
the ER due to persistent abdominal pain with nausea and vomiting.
Few hours PTA, he experienced severe epigastric pain.
VS: T-37 C; PR-78; RR-16; BP-160/100
Bowel movement: lx/shift; UO: 220 cc/shift

Doctor's Orders:
Infuse IVF #1 0.9 NaCl 1L to run for 12 hours drop factor: 35"gtts/cc

Administer the following drugs:

Incorporate Gentamycin Sulfate 40 mg to present IVF STAT
Stock dose: 40 mg/ampule

Esomeprazole 40 mg/ml per IV push OD
Stock: 20 mg/2.5 ml

Captoprilv 25mg/tab TID
Stock; 100 mg tab

Medical diagnosis: T/C Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease
